1. Custom Wigs: 9–14 working days (construction + customization)
2. Raw & Virgin Hair Extensions: 2-7 working days (for inspection before
   dispatch)

Shipping Courier

The carrier used will depend on your location and selected shipping method.

What “Shipped” Means

Once your order is marked as “shipped”, this means:

1. It has been packaged and labeled for collection
2. It is scheduled for pick-up the same day or next working day
3. It has been handed over to the courier and is in transit
   (delivery typically begins within 24–48 hours)
   

Example:
If your item is packaged on Monday, it may be collected the same day or Tuesday and delivered by Wednesday or Thursday, depending on courier service and your location.
