Shipping Courier

We ship using trusted carriers:

Royal Mail, FedEx, and DHL

The carrier used will depend on your location and selected shipping method.

What “Shipped” Means

Once your order is marked as “shipped”, this means:

1. It has been packaged and labeled for collection
2. It is scheduled for pick-up the same day or next working day
3. It has been handed over to the courier and is in transit
   (delivery typically begins within 24–48 hours)
   

Example:
If your item is packaged on Monday, it may be collected the same day or Tuesday and delivered by Wednesday or Thursday, depending on courier service and your location.

Our virgin hair extensions can safely be bleached up to a colour #27.

Going beyond this level may compromise the integrity of the hair, leading to dryness, breakage, or shedding. We do not recommend lifting the hair past this point, as it may cause damage and shorten the lifespan of your extensions.

Make sure the adjustable band fits snugly to your head. Tint the lace to match your skin tone for a seamless blend. Lastly, use a lace melt spray to help melt the lace. Most importantly, ensure you’ve selected the correct head circumference at the time of purchase—this is key to a natural, glueless fit.
