⏱ Processing Times
- Custom Wigs: 9–14 working days (construction + customisation)
- Raw & Virgin Hair Extensions: 2-7 working days (for inspection before dispatch)
(Longer lengths may take additional time)
Once the order has been processed, your package will be sent out for next day delivery.
Shipping Courier
We ship using trusted carriers:
Royal Mail, FedEx, and DHL
The courier used will depend on your location and selected shipping method.
What “Shipped” Means
Once your order is marked as “shipped”, this means:
- It has been packaged and labelled for collection
- It is scheduled for pick-up the same day or next working day
- It has been handed over to the courier and is in transit
(delivery typically begins within 24–48 hours)
Example:
If your item is packaged on Monday, it may be collected the same day or Tuesday and delivered by Wednesday or Thursday, depending on courier service and your location.

Insurance is not included unless selected at checkout.
Once your parcel leaves our premises, we are not liable for:
- Loss or damage
- Courier delays or errors
- Missed deliveries
If you are not in when the parcel is set to be delivered, you will receive a redelivery note. It is your responsibility to book the redelivery with the information provided.
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and longer delivery times which we are not responsible for.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
You have up to 1 hour after purchasing to cancel your order. After that, all sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any modifications. This includes changes to the delivery address, shipping method, or items in the order.
