REFUND POLICY

At Closure Collective, we are committed to providing the highest quality hair products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not process refunds.

Exceptions:
Refunds or exchanges will only be offered if there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item received).

To report any issues with your order, please contact us at info@closurecollective.co within 7 days of receiving your product. Include your order number and a clear description (with photos, if applicable) of the issue.

Our team will review your claim and determine if a refund or exchange is applicable. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note:

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the return has been received and inspected.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Used or opened hair products
  • Hair extensions that have been cut, colored, bleached, altered, or damaged in any way

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order within the first 1hour of purchase.

To request a cancellation, email info@closurecollective.co with your order number. After the first1 hour, all orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
